XY Finance Transaction Tracker - 消除跨鏈資金焦慮

透過全週期的狀態可視化與防禦性設計，將用戶在跨鏈過程中的「資金焦慮」轉化為「掌控感」，大幅降低客服成本。

Challenges

聚合交易時間長（1-30 分鐘），且存在「鏈上已確認但後端未抓取」的中間狀態，導致用戶誤以為資金遺失。此外，交易失敗時常會收到中間代幣（如 nUSD），舊版缺乏引導導致大量客訴。

Solution

定義清晰的 3-Step 交易狀態機 (Confirming -> Scheduling -> Processing)，將後端 Log 轉化為用戶能懂的進度條。並針對異常路徑（Unhappy Paths）設計了「救援引導 UI」。

Impact

將跨鏈交易的「黑盒子」打開，透過 Explorer 與 Watcher 系統，大幅減少用戶因「未知狀態」發起的 Support Ticket，並將平均交易感知時間優化至 1-2 分鐘。
